Benny Parsons did win the Winston Invitational at Atlanta in his Olds a little later, but that wasn't a points race. 14. myself posted: 04.09.2015 - 10:27 am Rate this comment: (0) (0) Someone tell me....why did the Hagan team switch from Chevys to Oldsmobiles in '86? 15. Scott B posted: 04.09.2015 - 12:08 pm Rate this comment: (0) (0) Oldsmobile had a new body style based on the 88 series approved for NASCAR that season, Hagan was probably hoping for an aerodynamic advantage. Olds may have also pitched them a better incentive package of factory support, since Chevy had a big roster of teams at the time and Olds did not. 16. myself posted: 03.01.2016 - 11:23 am Rate this comment: (0) (0) Thanks. 17. nascar_vd / racing-reference.info posted: 05.12.2016 - 12:48 pm Rate this comment: (0) (0) Note: a trio of co-crew chief for Terry Labonte with Steve Hmiel, Bob Labonte and Peter Wright. 18. nascar_vd / racing-reference.info posted: 07.22.2016 - 11:15 am Rate this comment: (0) (0) Update: partial info for caution. The second caution was for Earle Canavan's spin in turn 3. The fifth caution was for Wayne Stark's crash on the backstretch. 26. zuel660 posted: 01.24.2021 - 7:45 am Rate this comment: (0) (0) I believe Ron Bouchard's #98 should be a Pontiac here, not a Buick. 27.
