As I remember, Petty was ahead of Waltrip going into turn four, racing to the line. Petty lifted slightly when, in his words, "it was like somebody poured a cup of water on the windshield." Waltrip edged him at the line by inches. They circled for one or two laps and the race was called. 5. Jim posted: 05.10.2010 - 4:21 pm Rate this comment: (0) (0) Highest finising Ford, 17th . Rogers had many hit songs, including, Lucille, The Gambler, Lady, Love Will Turn You Around (featured in Six Pack), Islands in the Stream w/ Dolly Parton, and many others. 12. Poor Terk Logan got collected and taken out by a crash in the pits as a result of the unusual move. R.I.P. The line-up for this race also shows Elliott Forbes-Robinson qualified P40 in a Buick, no idea why he didn't take the start. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ *Post a comment:* Your comment may not appear immediately - all comments must be approved by the moderator.
