Last race for the old solid color IROC cars before they were replaced
with the more diecast-friendly white ones with colored highlights
specific to each driver.

Also the last race for the old IROC numbering system of using point
positions as the numbers

Last IROC race for a car #3 with Mark Martin using it to finish 5th.
With the neew number system for 2004 and beyond the #3 was retired to
honor Dale Earnhardt.

Bob Jenkins, Scott Goodyear and Jeff Burton were the commentators. Dr.
Jerry Punch was the sole pit road reporter.
