Horribly boring, but good finish. Good old Brad Keselowski never ceases
to amaze me...spinning out Steve Wallace to start a big crash near the
end. 2006 Memphis...Brad AND Brian Keselowski spin Steve. Keselowski
lucked into a decent ride, but the kid cant drive for crap.

Steve Wallace has been in alot of wrecks, but i would bet well over 50%

Wallace is better for sponsors.... cause he wrecks so much! And I will
never call the #88 a good ride, decent but not one of the best so Brad
is making something outta not much. The money is there but that ride is
not the best.

Wallace wrecks a lot and causes a lot of them, but who didn't at age 20?
Give him a couple of years and then see where he is. This race it seemed
like he was more patient and ran pretty good, other than losing the lap.
Maybe he learned from last year and grew up.

Wow, to say that Steve Wallace is a victim of other people's accident.
What can I say exept wrong. He can handle the ARCA racecars ONLY because
everybody elsedoesn't have the money like his daddy. If it weren't for
Rusty being the team owner, Steven wouldn't even have a ride. He reminds
me of Justin Labonte, Terry's son. Father is a Cup champ, so the kid
thinks he can do that and instead he is mostly in the way. I don't know
about some of the posters, but if they are trying to be funny, then they
aren't trying hard enough.

He will have much more succsess than Brad Keselowski.

Hey I like Rusty, Kenny and Mike. I believe that Chrisi Wallace, Mike's
daughter, has a lot of potential. I just don't believe that Steve has it
in him to be successful in NASCAR. Maybe he should run in ARCA fulltime
for a couple of years and that MAY help.

Why is it so hard to believe that Steve Wallace could win a race this
year? I'd agree he won't be in Cup full time by 2009, and most likely
not in 2010 either. But we've seen him have great runs going at Bristol,
Kentucky, and Homestead before either he or someone else made a stupid
mistake and knocked him out. If he grows up a little(which so far this
year, through 2 races, it seems he may have), he could win a race or
two. I believe he has the potential to be at least above average in
NASCAR and will eventually win a Cup race at the least.

"Bucktooth Buckaroo" will always be better than Steve. Keselowski worked
his way into a full time ride, Steve Wallace got his ride by being
Rusty's son and Kenny's nephew. Brad wrecked this once (The California
wreck was a result of AJ Wallmendinger's stupidity) while Steve wrecks
someone else almost every week

Yeah, Keselowski got a ride because of his family too. His dad Bob was a
truck series driver, and his first ride was in that family truck.

Yea former NNS Champ Steve Grissom S&Ps for Phil Parsons, what a shame

How did that prediction work out for you? Let's see. In 2013, Steven
Wallace only races part time, while Brad K. is the reigning Sprint Cup
Champion, driving for Penske Racing, Rusty's former team. Guess Stevie
isn't a better driver after all.

This was back in the days when people would actually show up for a race.
Better cars, better racing, more fans, more sponsors. Too bad 9 of the
top 10 were Cup drivers.

Believe it or not, but this was just 10th win for Joe Gibbs Racing in
this series. And 8 years later, they're about to catch up to the series
leader, Roush-Fenway Racing (137 wins), with 131 wins and counting...

Simply incredible, how changing the manufacturer to Toyota helped them
both in Cup and Xfinity. And everyone thought it was a big mistake...

Can't believe it's been 10 years since they switched to Toyota. But it's
certainly been a productive 10 years, as they've been the best team in
NASCAR over that span (well, JGR + KBM.)

JGR won 60 races from 1998-2007 over the top 2 series (as well as 3
driver championships.) From 2008-2017, they won 224 races over the top 2
series (and 3 driver championships.)

42. And what is more funny - this was their 10th Xfinity win. They
managed to win just 9 races without Toyota and 134 with it in just 10
years. That's crazy...

And, like you mentioned, not even their Cup achievements with Bobby
Labonte and Tony Stewart didn't help them much before their manufacturer
change to Toyota. Of course, 60 wins and 3 Cup titles is a nice
achievement, but 224 races and 3 more titles (1 Cup, 2 Xfinity) is
really crazy.

They have to thank Kyle a lot, because it was mainly him, who won most
of those 224 races (118).

As a huge Tony Stewart fan since I started watching NASCAR in 2007 (and
still am to this day) this is one of my personal favorite wins because
it came on my 10th birthday that year
