Only Busch race at Talladega so far that was ran without a single
incident.The two cautions were for blown engines.

At the time I thought this was the best Busch race I had ever seen. It
would still probably be in the conversation.

Not sure if that margin of victory is correct. They finished three wide
for 2nd but Schrader had a car length lead over everyone else at the line.

Richard Lasater famously flipped in the 1993 Talladega Busch race. This
race a year later marked the end of his Busch career when after he
failed to qualify, he never attempted another race in the series.

Talk about defying the odds! After the wreckfest this race was in 1993,
1994 was completely void of spins or crashes. That being said, the
racing was even better than it was the year before! I will say that the
number of cars off the track due to engine failure probably helped them
*not* wreck lol

Margin of victory is definitely incorrect. Ken Schrader had a car length
lead over the cars behind him, and although the cars came across the
line 3-wide for 2nd, they weren't .008 of a second from each other.

Mike Joy, Buddy Baker and Darrell Waltrip were the commentators. Glenn
Jarrett and Randy Pemberton were the pit road reporters.
