This was true until June 11th, 2016, when Mexico's Daniel Suarez won the
Menards 250 Presented by Valvoline at Michigan International Speedway.

Until actually fellow Canadian Ron Fellows won at Watkins Glen in June
of 1998.

Larry Pollard becomes the first Canadian Busch series winner, and until
2016, the only foreigner to win on an Oval.
