Jack Ingram had a 250 point lead but didn't attempt the next two races
(which lost him the championship). Does anyone know what happened?

watching episode 3 of lost speedways, robert pressley said ingram had a
wreck in this race and broke his ankle. and then the day after, he goes
to asheville where he gets suspended for his racing actions.

anyway it shows ingram as finishing the dover race on this site. does
anyone know if he did crash but kept going?
