The first crash involving Boggs and Falk was a savage one--Boggs spun,
slid down the track, and was broadsided directly in the drivers door by
Eddie Falk.

race.

Of all the wrecks to edit into a TV series/movie it seems really
classless that the producers of the "The Bradys" used one where the
driver was actually hurt. (Granted Brady 500's whole understanding of
auto racing was pretty off, all of the racing shown was stock footage
that often didn't match)

It certainly didn't match with Michael Waltrip's onboard spin at all
with the yellow paint scheme.

Dale Earnhardt becomes the first driver to win the first 2 races of the
season in Xfinity Series. Chad Little in 1995 and Tony Stewart in 2008
later joined him.

STEN broadcast this race. Mike Joy and Benny Parsons were in the booth
with Dick Berggren in the pits.

Dale Earnhardt and Morgan Shepherd were the only Buschwackers in this race.
