First caution - 76 accident turn 2
Second caution - 19 accident turn 7 (got up on top of the tire barrier
but continued on!)
Third caution - 76 stalled unknown location
Fourth caution - 46 accident turn 2
Fifth caution - 12 accident turn 11

12 owner - Allen Beebe

46 driver was actually Matt Crafton. The broadcasters mentioned he was
subbing for his injured father Danny Crafton.

Outstanding battle for the lead late in this race. Doug McCoun fights to
keep Craig Raudman behind him, then coming to 3 laps to go, McCoun's car
erupts in smoke. Raudman backs off, but McCoun keeps going even with
flames behind the right-front wheel. The smoke goes away after a lap,
and Raudman reels him back in again, jumping inside of him in Turn 11 on
the final lap. Raudman slips and McCoun takes the victory, 3rd place
Inglebright spinning out in the final corner to finish 5th. Chris
Raudman threatened to race his brother Craig in the final laps, saved
the car from spinning in Turn 11, and re-took 3rd from Inglebright off
the last corner.

Ken Pedersen's pole-winning speed for this race was 0.7 MPH faster than
Terry Labonte's pole time for the Cup race later in the weekend.
Second-place qualifier Craig Raudman also posted a time faster than the
Cup series pole speed.

Bill Weber was the sole pit road reporter.
