Fourth caution - laps 52-58 - 25 oil on track frontstretch Fifth caution - laps 86-92 - 82 debris turn 2 (an accident kicked up a massive cloud of smoke on the backstretch but no yellow waved. A large piece of metal from Schuldt's car wound up in turn 2 while his car stopped in turn 1, and the caution finally waved several laps later) Sixth caution - lap 95 - 123 accident turn 4 (the track announcer said something about a rule regarding a 5 lap shootout, similar to what ASA, I think, had regarding the last 5 laps being under green. The caution laps did not count past 95, to the best of my understanding) That gives us 6 cautions for 26 laps Lap leaders: Hornaday 1-8, Chase 9-58, Pederson 59-85, Chase 86-100 (It looked like Chase took the lead for the final time when Pederson slowed for a wreck that didn't bring out a caution immediately, but nothing changed when Pederson protested by pulling along Chase under yellow) Laps led: Hornaday - 8 Pederson -27 Chase - 65 25 DNF reason - engine 82 DNF reason - crash 86 DNF reason - crash 96 DNF reason - mechanical (can't get any more specific, gotta do it old Pro Cup-style, sorry) The 55 was also a DNF Not sure of the 71's status. I'm honestly surprised that I could garner as much as I could from the grainy video shot from the stands, but the track announcer being quite descriptive helped a lot. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ *Post a comment:* Your comment may not appear immediately - all comments must be approved by the moderator.
