Fellow frontrunner Bobby Gill was also a no-show for reasons not explained, leading to a serious points shakeup even more so when the part-timer Balough scored the win. The caution for rain came on lap 109 and a red flag followed on lap 115. Cars returned to the track after an hour but after running several more laps behind the pace car, the rain returned and intensified, forcing the officials to throw the red and checkered flags together after 127 laps. Gary Bradberry, running 5th, and Bart Ingram, running just outside the top ten, were the only two drivers that were hosed due to having made a pit stop when the race had briefly resumed on lap 116. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ *Post a comment:* Your comment may not appear immediately - all comments must be approved by the moderator.
