Joe Gaita get his only USAR win of 2004 in dramatic fashion, grabbing
the win with a last lap pass on Matt Carter.

IIRC Gaita was like third or fourth and Carter and another driver got
into it allowing Gaita to sneak by on the inside or something. That's
just from my memory though.
