Gene Morgan tallies his second and final USAR Hooters ProCup victory.
Both of Morgan's wins came at USA International Speedway during the
series' first season en route to a fourth-place finish in the final
points standings.

Bill Plemons, Jr. makes his first USAR ProCup start and his only one of
the series' inaugural season. He would run on and off in the series
throughout its entire 19-season existence.
