So the race is basically run like it has two classes, there's the overall results but drivers from each series are racing each other for their own championship and have their respective points and top finishes. David Mayhew was the highest finishing West Series driver so he's credited with his 3rd career West Series win and first of 2010. 3 top fives in 3 West races this year has him in the points lead. Mayhew won the pole outright, his 4th career pole. Jonathon Gomez finished 2nd, his best career West Series finish. Eric Holmes finished 3rd, his 40th career top ten in 52 starts. Chad Boat made his West Series debut, finishing 4th. Blake Koch ties his best career West result with a 5th, just his 2nd top five in 17 starts. Daryl Harr has 6th place finishes in both his West starts this season... And Stan Silva Jr. has 7th place finishes in his two starts. Brennan Newberry finished 8th in his series debut. 3. chris o posted: 01.13.2013 - 9:29 am Rate this comment: (0) (0) david mayhew again highest west finisher 4.
