There were 8 cautions for 37 laps.

NASCAR.com reported that Kevin Hamlin led lap 141, the only lap that
winner Garrett Evans did not lead. Not saying it should be changed,
because I can't find any other source (digital or physical) that
corroborates that, just want to throw that possibility out there.
