On the initial start of the race, Kevin Hamlin spun in the second turn
and the field stacked up behind him, with Steven Howard and Shane Biles
taking the hardest shots. A complete restart of the race was ordered,
allowing the undamaged Hamlin to reclaim his spot on the front row, but
Howard and Biles were done for the day and did not return for the restart.
