Actually it was Jeff Finley not Billy Venturinni in the #83 So list Jeff
Finley as a DNQ .

Apologies to the webmaster, but it appears those two didn't DNQ, My
source had a mix-up and it was a photo of the 1998 practice crash, that
had been listed as 1997

The late Scott Baker, in just his second ARCA start, scores a
fifth-place finish to record his best result in the series. He'd match
it at Winchester a year later.
