James Hylton's 14th here would be his best post-1991 finish in ARCA,
this was his only start of the 1997 season.

Former Pennsylvania State Trooper C.W. Smith's sixth-place finish here
in his homestate at Pocono turned in a run that proved to be his finish
in ARCA competition.

World of Outlaws racer Dave Blaney comes home with a strong fifth-place
finish, even leading a couple laps. Blaney ran a part-time,
superspeedway-focused ARCA schedule in Stan Hover's #80 Ford in 1997
with this being his best finish.
