It wasn't to be but Fellows would still go on to much more success in his career. This race was a warm-up for the Winston Open and the Winston All-Star Race later in the night. As such it was a rare case of a stock car oval track race with a time limit (I think it was one hour) but thankfully it wasn't needed and they got all 67 laps in. This was the first of two ARCA wins for Mark Thompson in 1997. To date though it's been his penultimate one on the tour. 4. rob posted: 12.04.2012 - 9:48 pm Rate this comment: (0) (0) first career ARCA start for jerry nadeau. 5. 83andJoe posted: 07.08.2013 - 6:27 am Rate this comment: (0) (0) #3 owner: Ken Appling 6. 23andJoe posted: 06.15.2014 - 5:28 pm Rate this comment: (0) (0) #11 owner: Andy Hillenburg (same for all races this season) #43 owner: Johnny Ray #51 owner: Greta Hall #52 owner: Buz McCall #65 owner: Sammy Potashnick #76 owner: Mike Lorz #92 owner: Bob Cooper 7. 23andJoe posted: 06.15.2014 - 6:06 pm Rate this comment: (0) (0) #97 owner: Billy Ballew 8. 23andJoe posted: 06.18.2014 - 12:15 am Rate this comment: (0) (0) #5 owner: Mike Swaim, Sr. 9. Sounds highly improbable but, not impossible... 13. Buckley was turned into the quad-oval wall head-on by Rick Heuser and completely destroyed his lone speedway car. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ *Post a comment:* Your comment may not appear immediately - all comments must be approved by the moderator.
